Mrs. Addis M. Warren age 86, of St. Augustine died Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Hospice in Orange Park. Mrs. Warren was born in Tampa on September 1, 1926 to the late Arthur and Carrie Bell (Mathers) Strickland. Mrs. Warren had lived in High Springs prior to moving to St. Augustine 6 years ago, and prior to her retirement she was waitress, working in Tampa, Gainesville, and also at the Cedar River in Starke. She always enjoyed talking to her family and friends on the telephone. Preceding her in death was her husband, Richard and 3 children; Shirley Rydell, Doris Williams, Jean Goff, and one sister, Helen Green. Survivors are her children; Carolyn L. Sanford and her husband Ed of St. Augustine, and Wayne Vickers and his wife Carol of Ohio. She also leaves behind her sisters; Irene Hall of High Springs, Roberta Williamson of Tampa, 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Viewing for Mrs. Warren will be held on Sunday, December 2, 2012 at the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home from 3-5 p.m. A graveside service will be held at the Kingsley Lake Cemetery on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev.
