Adron H. Humphrey peacefully passed at the age of 72 in his home the morning of October 14, 2024 under hospice care. He was born and raised in Frostproof, Florida, lived in Lakeland for 42 years, and later retired to Alachua, Florida.Adron was an avid fan of the University of Florida Gators attending numerous games throughout the years with his wife Vickie. He had a strong work ethic and always gave 100% to his employers and anything he put his mind to.Adrons passing has left a deep void in our lives, but well always treasure his memories and his sense of humor.He was preceded in death by his father, Murlin; mother, Mary Evelyn Boykin; and a brother, Johnny.He leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Vickie Humphrey; his children, Richard (Tammy) Humphrey and Nichole Humphrey; 5 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and 3 siblings, Beverly (Ron) Little, Carolyn Perry, and Jimmy (Carol) Humphrey.A Celebration of Life will be held on November 11, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 380 N. Oak Ave, Frostproof, Florida.In lieu of flowers, the family requests to donate to the charity of your choice.
