Alan Marc Fishman

Alan Fishman, 67, longtime owner of Santa Fe Bar and Spindrifter Lounge, passed away on March 27, 2019 while at work doing what he loved best. His whole life was centered around his daughter, Mara, and his business. He was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts and moved to Florida at a young age. He was well known and liked by many people. Survivors include his daughter, Mara Fishman, High Springs, FL; two brothers Alex Cherlin, Richmond, VA and Stephen Fishman, Shrewsbury, MA; Sister Ann Dee Rucker, Fort Pierce, FL. A memorial gathering will be held in April honoring his birthday at the Santa Fe Bar. Arrangements are under the direction of Evans Carter Funeral Home, 386-454-2444.
