DALY: Alexander "Monte" Montcalm Daly, Jr., 91, passed away on July 7, 2022. Mr. Daly was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp having served during the Korean Conflict. He was the owner of Daly Boat Yard and was a member of Heckscher Drive Baptist Church. He was a 65year member of the IBEW. He was preceded in death by his wife the late, Betty B. Daly and son, John Joseph Daly; Survivors include his wife, Donie McGowan Daly; 2 sons, David Lee Daly, and Donald Alexander Daly (Diana); 4 grandsons, David Alexander Daly, Donald Lee Daly, Ryan Matthew Daly, and Devin Matthew Daly. There are two memorials planed for Mr. Daly, Saturday July 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Heckscher Drive Baptist Church, 6650 Heckscher Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32226 and Saturday July 23, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Amazing Grace Full Gospel Church, 1451 Eastport Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
