Mrs. Alice Lowe Peterson, 93 of Keystone Heights passed away at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka on Nov. 22, 2010. Mrs. Peterson was born in Niles, OH on Sept. 8, 1917 to the late Floyd and Martha (McClain) Lowe. Prior to her retirement she was an office manager. She had moved to Keystone Heights in 1993 from Texas and was a lifelong honorary member of the Melrose Presbyterian Church where she was also involved with the ladies circle. She was preceded in death by her husband John A. Peterson. Survivors are her family; Jan Nibert of Keystone Heights, Jeff Batts, Sr. of Chapin, SC, and close friends and caregivers, Dana & Roger Crase of Keystone Heights. A memorial service will be held on Sat. Dec. 4, 2010 at 11 Oclock at the graveside with Rev. Marla Jones officiating. Burial will be at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
