Amber Ann Cook, age 75, of Keystone Heights passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025, at St. Vincents Medical Center in Middleburg following an extended illness. She was born on November 18, 1949, in Cook County, Illinois to the late Laddie and Sylvia Kravcik. Amber was a retired bookkeeper. She was a Christian and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing computer games with her online friends. She was a devoted Florida Gators football fan and loved watching NASCAR. Amber lived a life full of love and strength leaving behind memories that will forever be cherished by her daughters Kerry Cook with Jim Bertotto, Kelly Cook and son-in-law, Michael Brown. Also, her faithful and loving, life-long best friend, Sue Zajda, of Illinois. Amber was one of 7 siblings. Her grandchildren, Matt Bertotto and Summer and Ashlyn Brown lovingly called her "Nanny." As per her wishes, there will be no formal services. Instead, we invite those who knew her to honor her memory in their own way - sharing pictures and stories with the family, or just a simple reflection.
