Mrs. Amelia Williams Kelly age 98, of Starke passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Shands at Starke. Mrs. Kelly was born on September 14, 1912 in Hardeetown to the late George Allen and Susie Lottie Hardee Williams, and moved to Bradford County in 1970 from Jacksonville. She was a retired Department Manager for BlueCross-BlueShield and a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Starke. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years James D. Kelly; son, Robert Kelly; a grand-daughter; and a great grandson. Survivors are sons, George Kelly of Starke & Mikey Kelly (Janice) of Ocala; grandchildren, David Kelly (Eileen) of Murphy, NC; Donald Kelly (April); Tracy Torode (Johnny) all of Starke; Jimmy Kelly (Cindy); Robert Kelly (Karen) all of Jacksonville; Jan Jo Merians (Gary); Mike Kelly (Becky) all of Ocala; Mark Kelly (Cheryl) of Conway Springs, KA; William Bryan (Shauna) of St. Anthony, ID; Patrick Bryan (Chrissy) of Kingsland, GA; twenty six great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren. Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Kelly will be on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 11 AM in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville with Pastor Mike Moore officiating.
