LOPEZ: Funeral services for Angel Luis Lopez, 90, who passed away on February 16, 2023, will be held Tuesday February 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM in Blessed Trinity Catholic Church with Father Heriberto Vergara officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday February 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church. Mr. Lopez was born in Naranjito, Puerto Rico and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Interment will be in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 1:00 PM Tuesday February 28, 2023. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his loving wife the late Adelaida Padilla-Santiago; Survivors include his 3 daughters, Mayra Lopez, Nayda Sanchez (Angel), and Astrid Ramos (Moises); 3 grandchildren, Kiara Sanchez (Daniel), Ian Ramos, and Alanis Ramos; 1 great-grandson, Mateo Diaz.
