Ann Marie Johnston Asa

Mrs. Ann Marie Johnston Asa age 61, of Keystone Heights passed away at her home, Saturday, July 14, 2018 following an extended illness. She was born May 17, 1957 in Kissimmee to the late John J. and Mary Grace (McCallister) Johnston. Mrs. Asa was raised in Kissimmee on a dairy farm and was also a licensed cosmetologist. In 2006 she and her husband made Keystone Heights her home; her church membership was with the Keystone United Methodist Church where she was also employed as their secretary. Mrs. Asa loved all animals and was known for watching the Kentucky Derby every year. Her survivors are her husband of 39 years Thomas Robert "Bob" Asa of Keystone Heights; and their two children T.R. (Christina) Asa and Jessie Marie (Ryan) Ailts all of Keystone Heights. Also left behind is a brother David Jones (Heather) Johnston of Kissimmee and a sister Lorraine VonClock of Saint Cloud along with three grandchildren. A memorial service for Mrs. Asa will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 in the Keystone United Methodist Church with Dr. Tom Farmer officiating. Interment will be at a later date.
