Ann B Currie

Mrs. Ann B. Currie, 95, of Starke passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Parkside Assisted Living Facility in Starke. She was born February 22, 1925, in Kershaw, South Carolina, to the late Benjamin F. and Myrtle Baker. She graduated with a BS degree from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina and prior to retirement was a school teacher for 43 years. She and her husband, John, were married in 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1996. She has been a resident of Starke since 1993 and a member of First Baptist Church of Starke where she was affectionately known as the "Card Lady" for her greeting card ministry. Mrs. Currie leaves behind a family of many friends. A visitation will be held at First Baptist Church of Starke on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 1:30 to 2:00 pm with memorial services beginning at 2 oclock. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to First Baptist Church, P.O.
