On Tuesday, August 18, 2020, Anna Mae Kegel Hauck, loving mother of sevenchildren, passed away of natural causes at the age of 94.Anna Mae was born on May 19, 1926 in Lancaster, PA, to Clarence C. and Anna MaeKegel. She graduated from Manheim Township High School and worked as aprofessional seamstress for many years followed by becoming a chef, then full-timecaregiver of her father. She was proceeded in death by three husbands: Floyd HarrisonBinkley, James William Cummings, and Raymond Franklin Hauck. She is survived byfour children including Deborah Jean Cummings Diersch, Patrick Lee Cummings, JamieLynn Cummings Stahl, and Ponnalea Hauck Esquivel, and proceeded in death her sonFloyd Harrison Binkley Jr. and two daughters, Anna Mary Binkley Blakely andRosemary Binkley. Proceeded by her death were sister Doris Marie Kegel Blanford andbrother Earl Thomas Kegel, and surviving are sisters Margaret Louise Kegel Cooke,Cynthia Cay Kegel, and brothers Clarence Kegel Jr., Robert Jay Kegel and JamesDavid Kegel. She had thirteen grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.Anna Mae was a devout Christian. After becoming a Seventh Day Adventist, shedevoted her life to prayer and evangelizing others with the word of God. She was anaccomplished horsewoman, and in later life enjoyed watching the birds from her homeoverlooking her lake. She loved to sing, was an avid reader and enjoyed working oncomplicated crossword puzzles. Anna Mae was a kind, compassionate woman and wasadmired for her strong moral compass and work ethic, which she passed to her childrenthrough her actions.Her family is honoring her with a private memorial.
