Anne Marie Debates

Mrs. Anne Marie DeBates 69 of Keystone Heights passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021, at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She was born March 27, 1952, in Utica, New York to the late Raymond and Vivian (Thompson) Felten. Mrs. DeBates was a retired Home Health Care Aide. She was a Christian, enjoyed going to the beach and taking care of others, but most of all she loved being with her family and grandchildren. Mrs. DeBates leaves behind her two sons Raymond Merring (Kathy) of San Antonio, Texas, and Ryan Merring (Jennifer) of Keystone Heights. She was lovingly called "Grandma" and "Mamaw" by seven grandchildren. Also left behind is her significant other Jack Pavlik and his mother Judy Sovona both of Keystone Heights. A Celebration of life for Anne will be held Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Keystone Golf and Country Club, 294 SE 43rd St. Keystone Heights, FL 32656. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for a Memorial Bench to be placed in Annes name at her favorite pier in St. Augustine beach.
