Anne R. Pranka

Mrs. Anne R. (Dezzani) Pranka, 75 of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 in Middleburg. Mrs. Pranka was born April 24, 1942 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Massino G. and Anne (Royko) Dezzani. She was a pre-school teacher in Canton, Connecticut and held a Masters Degree in Education Central Connecticut State University. Her husband, John Pranka, Jr. preceded her in death. Survivors are her daughters, April Deschaine of Jacksonville and Cheryl Pranka of New Hartford, CT, brother, Massino Dezzani of South Carolina, sister Sharon Martin of Maine, and grandchildren, Giulia Deschaine and Sydney Deschaine both of Jacksonville. Graveside Services will be held Friday, August 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Barkhamsted Center Cemetery on Center Hill Road in Barkhamsted, Connecticut.
