Obituary

Anthony was from a small town in Pennsylvania. He always loved visiting his hometown as he had many fond memories of his young life there.

After high school where he was a runner up state champion in wrestling, he came to Florida in the Air Force in 1949. He was a Radio Operator on a B29 flying missions into North Korea during the Korean War.

He later became an Air Traffic Controller. He loved his job and remarked that the only other job he would want was to be a coach.

He coached many years in Jacksonville, mainly baseball. He loved working and encouraging young kids.

He was married twice. The first marriage resulted in two sons, Tony, Mark (Deceased), one daughter, Dolly, two grandchildren Mark Jr, and Francesca (Bryan) and two great granddaughters Maci and Giuliana.

His second marriage was to Myrna Wynn and lasted 53.5 years. They have one son Scott (Kristina) and two grandchildren Tyler and Alexis.

He never met a stranger and would spend time talking to anyone he met. Anyone who ever asked him how he was doing would always hear "Blessed and Highly favored". That often took people by surprise which provided many opportunities for witnessing.

He was a wonderful, kind man who will be greatly missed.
