Arland "Woody" Woodham, Sr., age 97, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on March 14, 2015. Woody was born in Frost Proof, Florida on October 1, 1917 to the late Arland and Lillian Woodham. He owned the company Handi Buildings, Inc., was a branch manager for Snap-On-Tools, and served in the United States Army. Woody was married to his wife Mildred Woodham for 76 years. He was a member of Terry Parker Baptist Church in Jacksonville and never met someone that was not his friend. Honest and kind describe Mr. Woodham perfectly.Preceded in death by his parents, Arland and Lillian Woodham; brothers, Keith Woodham and Harold Woodham; sister, Sue Bailey. Survivors include his wife, Mildred "Lawson" Woodham; son, Arland (Gerri) Woodham; daughter, Gail (Tom) Keisler; 7 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will take place in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 3PM with a visitation starting at 2PM; officiated by Pastor Tom Keisler.
