Mrs. Arrie Mae FutchMrs. Arrie Mae Browning Futch age 64, of Starke passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011 at her residence. Mrs. Futch was born on November 1, 1946 in Starke to the late Willard and Louise Thomas Browning and was a lifelong area resident. She was a founding member of Sampson City Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. Arrie was a retired assembler, enjoyed sewing, quilting and loved animals. She was preceded in death by her brother Irving Browning, sisters: Wanda Chitty and Annie Lou Thomas. Survivors are her husband of 45 years Robert Futch of Starke; daughter Angela Alford of Interlachen; twin sister: Murley Blankenship (Gerald); brothers: Vollie Browning (Debbie); George Browning all of Starke; grandchildren: Tiffany Jenkins of Tallahassee; Matthew Eric Jenkins, Jr.; Chayton Alford both of Interlachen. The family will receive friends at the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME OF STARKE on Friday, September 2, 2011 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL in Starke with Pastor Glenn Cathy officiating. Interment will follow in Sapp Cemetery, Raiford.
