Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Jean Langford, 70, will be held at 10:00A.M. Monday, from the graveside, in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens with Rev. Steve McCollum officiating. Born September 24, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida to Helen and Jewell McLaughlin, Mrs. Langford died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 in Jacksonville. She was a member of First Baptist Church where she was Preschool Director for 14 years. Survivors include her husband, Harold Wayne Langford of Jacksonville; her daughter, Mrs. Dana M. (Stephen) Roberts of St. Augustine, Florida; her son, Jason W. (Amanda) Langford of Fleming Island, Florida; two brothers, J. T. (Connie) McLaughlin of Saint Johns, Florida and Phillip E. (Dayle) McLaughlin of Jacksonville; and six grandchildren, Connor, Brooke, Jack, Ryland, Ave Rose and Holden. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, where the family will receive friends from 6:00P.M. until 8:00P.M. Saturday.
