Ms. Barbara S. Plansky age 71, of Starke passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Riverwood Health & Rehab. She was born on December 2, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late James Edward and Mabel (McElwee) Smith. She was a homemaker, loved people and in turn was loved by all who knew her. Survivors are: her son, John F. Plansky of California, her sister, Patricia Ostrander of Keystone Heights, two grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews.
