Funeral Mass for Mrs. Barbara Jean Rose, 76, will be held at 10:00A.M. Monday in Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father Michael J. Larkin, Celebrant. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Born February 2, 1940 in Jacksonville, Mrs. Rose died Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in St. Augustine, Florida. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Survivors include three sons, Lee (Rhonda) Harrison, Jr. of Reedville, VA , Glenn Gilbert (Jeania) Harrison of Jacksonville, and Dean Christian (Jessica) Harrison of St. Augustine; a brother, Fred George (Edith) Locke of Jacksonville; 9 grandchildren, Candase, Erin Crystal, Nathan, Charlene, Rebekah, Sebastian, Sarah and Luke; and several nieces and nephews, Sam, Melissa, Tracey, Paul, David and Tommy Lee. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S., where the family will receive friends from 4:00P.M. until 6:00P.M. on Sunday.
