Barbara Beatrice Sanders, 93, lived a long and meaningful life, serving her country as a Nurse Anesthetist in the U.S. Air Force while leaving behind a legacy of dedication and care. She was a native of Tupelo, Mississippi, and was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida for 45 years. Her devotion to her Baptist faith speak volumes about the kind of person she was.Family members include her nephews, Eric R. Wetzel, Sr. (Stacie), Greg Sanders (Barbara), Guy Sanders (Mary); nieces, Gayl Wright and Sean Fagan; great-nephew Eric R. Wetzel, Jr. (Cherie) and their children, Paisley Wetzel, Bella Overholtz, and Colton Overholtz; great niece, Amanda Jencks (Randall) and their children, Arilyn and Elania Jencks; and cherished friends, M.J. Clauser, and Jan Oxendine.She will be missed by many and the impact she made on their lives.
