Barbara Ann Wheeler

Barbara Ann Wheeler, age 63, passed away on Thursday March 2, 2017 at Community Hospice Center for Caring in Jacksonville. A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday March 25 in Greenlawn Cemetery on Beach Blvd.A Jacksonville native, Barbara was born here on September 29, 1953 to Homer Marion Wheeler & Mary Gene Drummond Wheeler. She was a graduate of Maranatha Christian Academy. Barbara wore many hats in her professional life, including the running of her own long-haul truck and piloting helicopters.Barbara was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her loving brother, C. Robert Wheeler and his partner, Steve Davis, as well as numerous extended family and friends.
