Mrs. Bessie Lee Hill age 88, of Melrose passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Haven Hospice E.T. York Care Center. Mrs. Hill was born in Jacksonville on December 8, 1924 to the late Harry Lee and Pauline (Connley) Graves. She had been a lifelong resident of the area and was of the Baptist Faith. Prior to her retirement she had worked for the Kings Cigar Corporation and loved her animals and birds. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas T. Hill in 2000. Survivors are; a son, a niece, a great niece and three grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, 11 oclock at Jacksonville Memorial Gardens, Orange Park.
