Bessie Perry Ruby

Mrs. Bessie Perry Ruby, age 91, of Keystone Heights passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Willey Manor in Keystone. She was born in Richmond, Virginia on November 24, 1924 to the late James M. and Bessie (Moss) Perry. Mrs. Ruby was a homemaker and had been a resident of Park of the Palms for four years. Her husband Joseph Ruby, Sr. and her son Joseph Ruby, Jr. had both preceded her in death. Mrs. Rubys survivors are two daughters, Diane Weber (Cliff) of Keystone Heights and Beverly Ruby of Wheaton, Illinois. Also left behind are two sisters, Alma Saunders and Ellen Gills both of North Carolina; four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2016 in the Park of the Palms Church with Mr. Larry Dixon officiating. The family will be having refreshments following the services in the chapel. Interment will be private at Keystone Heights Cemetery.
