GRAHAM: Betty Jean Davis, 90, a lifelong resident of Graham, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at her home surrounded by family.Betty was born on September 23, 1932, in Graham, to the late Carl and Ida Jones. She was the beloved wife of the late Basil Davis, whom she was married for 70 years. Betty retired from the State of Florida as a Human Services Worker following 30 years of employment. Betty was a Christian and enjoyed attending her church. She was very involved in her grandchildrens many activities as well as just spending time with each of them.Betty will be missed by her children Jean (Jim) Kendrick and Kay Mason of Graham, and Harold (Ruth) Davis of Brooker; grandsons Brian Justin Kendrick, Eric Ryan Mason, and Wayne Jason Davis; 16 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and one on the way. In addition to her parents and husband, preceding Betty in death is a brother Leslie Jones, sisters Irma Langford and Wilma McKinney and a son-in-law, Woody Mason.Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. A visitation time will be held from 10:00-11:00am, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 am, at the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home, 620 E. Nona Street, Starke, FL 32091. Reverend Jim Kendrick to officiate.
