Funeral services for Betty Jean Jackson, 86, who passed away on January 28, 2016, will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 (904)355-9545, with Rev. Jim Rigdon officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday (Today) from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Jackson was born in Sanford, Florida and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of Atlantic Boulevard Baptist Church and the Trail Blazers. Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, the late Arthur Wesley Jackson; Sister, Mary Frances Joiner and Brother, Waverly Wilson Weber Jr.; Survivors include her sisters, Gracie Ann Gregory and Beverly Simmons; Brother, Robert Weber (Jeannie), Nieces, Crystal G.
