Betty Ann, formerly of Springfield, OH, peacefully passed Monday, March 23, 2015 in Crystal River, FL. She was dearly loved by her family and friends.She is survived by her sons, Kirk and Douglas P. (Michelle); grandchildren Ashley, Brandon, Douglas W., Hannah, and Peggy; and sister, Donna. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Nellie and siblings, Elsie, Jack, and Barbara.Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 28 at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL.
