A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday February 3, 2020 in Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas D. Reighard. She is survived by her daughters, Polly Powell & Kathy Lingerfelt and their families.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Reighard's name to Community Hospice & Palliative Care, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.Arrangement are under the direction of George H.
