Beverly Ann Tracey, of Gainesville, FL passed away peacefully at her residence in Middleburg, FL on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024. Beverly was born in Baltimore, MD to Fredrick and Mary Meisel. After graduating from The Institute of Notre Dame girls school, she moved to West Palm Beach, FL where she worked for Pratt-Whitney and also met her future husband Francis Tracey. Together they moved to Merritt Island, FL where she worked at Jordan Marsh and later became a stay-at-home mom. In 1979 she moved to Gainesville, FL where she obtained her real estate license and worked for Florida Woodland Real Estate. Beverly enjoyed quilting, being active in the Catholic Church, watching her beloved Gators, and traveling the world with her husband Francis. Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Francis, and her sister Dolores Morland. She is survived by son and daughter in-law John and Connie Tracey of Jacksonville, FL; son and daughter in-law Kenneth and Edita Tracey of Atlanta, GA; son Patrick Tracey of Wesley Chapel, FL; two granddaughters, Savannah and Arabella Tracey; her brother Burton Meisel of Baltimore, MD; and sister Carolyn Karpewicz of Baltimore, MD. The viewing will be held at Forest Meadows Funeral Home, 725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL on Monday, October 21st, from 4-6pm. On Tuesday, October 22nd, at 11am, a Mass will be held at Holy Faith Catholic Church, 747 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, FL.
