Mr. Billy Dewayne Stacy, II, 39 of Green Cove Springs, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021. Mr. Stacy was born August 26, 1982 in Jacksonville to parents Billy Dewayne Stacy and Ronda (Smeaton) Wildey. Billy was employed at Vallencourt Construction. He was a nice guy with a good heart and enjoyed drawing in his free time. His papa, Jess Stacy, grandmother, Marie Stacy, and uncle, Hershel Stacy preceded him in death. Survivors are his father, Billy Dewayne Stacy, mother, Ronda J. Wildey, children, Colt Steusloff and Trishna Stacy, sisters, Jessica Williams, Brittney Sellars, Amber Gaither, Amanda Snead, brother, Devin Stacy, step-grandmother, Kim Stacy, and uncles, Terry Stacy and Anthony Stacy.
