Mrs. Kelsay is survived by her children: Tessie Beseny of Crescent City, Carolyn Hawkins of Harrison, TN, Betty Drawdy of Grand Island, James H. Kelsay of Winter Springs, eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband James Donald Kelsay, great grandchildren: Megan, James, and Jacob.
