Mrs. Kelsay moved to Grand Island in 2005 from Keystone Heights and was a homemaker, a member of the Keystone Heights Womans Club, and a homemaker. Mrs. Kelsay is survived by her children: Tessie Beseny of Crescent City, Carolyn Hawkins of Harrison, TN, Betty Drawdy of Grand Island, James H. Kelsay of Winter Springs, eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband James Donald Kelsay, great grandchildren: Megan, James, and Jacob. Viewing will be held from 5 7 at the funeral home on Tuesday December 23, 2008.
