Bobbie Jean Bass Everett, 76, of Jacksonville, FL passed at home on March 3, 2021. She was born and raised in Jacksonville where she attended Englewood High School. Bobbie enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, doing puzzles and playing games on Facebook where she had numerous friends. Bobbie was a good neighbor and friend and would help anyone she could, she truly had never met a stranger. She was an avid animal lover, especially dogs. Bobbie owned many little dogs over the years and they were like children to her. She passed that love of little dogs onto her daughters and granddaughters. Her girls were the only things she loved more. Growing up, Bobbie was the consummate daddys girl and was preceded in death by her beloved father, Henry Bass. She was also preceded in death by her grandson Jarrett Williams who passed at birth and was much loved by his Granny Bobbie. Bobbie is survived by her daughters, Lisa OKelley (Darren) and Terri Williams, granddaughters Kari "Alex" Williams, Amanda OKelley, Jessica OKelley and Abigail Williams, her mother, Mildred Bass and her brother, Frank Bass (Susan) and niece (Erin) and nephew (Ryan) and many special cousins. She also leaves behind many dear friends who were just like family. The service to celebrate Bobbie will be held in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 1:30 pm with Pastor Terry Collins officiating. Visitation with the family will begin at 1:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32207..VisitationGeorge H.
