Bobby Gene Huff

Mr. Bobby Gene Huff, age 82 of Melrose passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Haven Hospice E.T. York Care Center in Gainesville following a brief illness. He was born on Sunday, November 13, 1938 in Valdosta, Georgia, he is the son of the late Louie Dell Huff and Effie Huff, nee Lumsden. Prior to retirement he worked 42 years for the Insurance Services office. Bobby was a motorcycle enthusiast, was a man of God and above all, loved his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Paul Harrell, and sisters, Diane Rozek and Faye Huff. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Donna Huff, children, Sheila Huff, David Harrell, and Bobby Gene Huff, Jr, siblings, Beatrice Folsom, Jackie Williams, and Louie Dell Huff, Jr. Also left are his grandchildren. Charlotte Huff, Jessica Huff, Zachary Harrell and Nathan Harrell along with two great grandchildren.The family will receive friends at Paran Baptist Church on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with funeral services beginning at 11 oclock with Pastor David Price and Charles Litzell officiating.
