A funeral service for Brian Mathew Chaffin 24, of Cypress, TX will be held in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 1PM with Dr. Terry N. Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Brian is survived by his daughter Brianna Chaffin of Katy, TX, his mother Amy Hallett (Chris Callegari) of St. Augustine, FL. A sister Sidney Wells of Yulee, FL. Two brothers; Colin and Joshua Hallet both of Jax, FL. He is also survived by his grandfather Daniel Chaffin of Jax, FL.
