Brooke LaRae Thurman, age 22 of Keystone Heights, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013. Brooke was born August 17, 1997 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Rodney L. Thurman and Kathi L. Hudnall Bracewell. She enjoyed big trucks, cowboy boots, and her dogs. She loved spending time with children, the elderly and her family. Brooke attended Grace Community Fellowship. Brooke is survived by her mother, Kathi Bracewell of Keystone Heights, her father, Rod Thurman of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, sister, Kelsey Thurman, nephew, Weston Moody both of Keystone Heights, grandparents, George & Sheila Anderson of Starke, Lynn & Lynette Hudnall of Cape Coral, Jerry & Sharon Thurman of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, aunts and uncles, Mike Hudnall and wife, Sherry of Gainesville, Kelly Schultz and husband, Theo, Karen Hight and husband, Bill all of Gering, Nebraska and Beverly Strahler of Atlantic Beach. Brooke is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends. A memorial service will be held in the DeWitt C.
