JAMES: Funeral services for C. "Polly" James, 86, who passed away on May 23, 2021, will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM from the graveside in Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. Mrs. James was born in Alleghany, Virginia and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. She was a member of the North Jacksonville Baptist Church. She had worked in the Florist industry. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of many years, the late Jesse James; Daughter, Linda Webb and Son Dewey Perkins. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Gloria Perkins; 3 sisters-in-law, Betty Morgan, B. J.
