Carl William Norman

Mr. Carl William Norman age 73, of Lawtey passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at home with his family. Mr. Norman was born on March 16, 1943 in Clay Hill to the late Leonard and Sarah (Padgett) Norman and was a lifelong area resident. Carl was a member of Highland Baptist Church, an avid Mud Bogger and a life member of Blockers Pasture Hunting Club. Prior to retirement he worked for the Florida Department of Transportation as a road foreman. Survivors are: his sons: Marvin Norman (Debby) of Erie Colorado, Andy Norman (Susan) and Dale Norman (Lisa) all of Lawtey, siblings: Rachel Prescott of Kingsley Lake, Evelyn Griffis of Raiford, Floyd Norman of Lawtey, and John Norman of Worthington Springs. Also left behind are five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, December 26, 2016 at Highland Baptist Church.
