Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 10AM, with Rev. William F. Villa officiating. Carlos is survived by his mother; Maria Elena Tellez Campa of Chicago, IL, his sister Allissia Mosley of Jax, FL and his brother Arturo Garza of Chicago, IL.
