Carlton Randolph Brown

Carlton Randolph Brown, age 44, passed away on July 6, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was born March 10, 1972 in Virginia Beach, VA where he grew up playing multiple sports. He especially liked playing baseball. Carlton served in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. He was the owner and operator of CB Roofing. Carlton in survived by his parents, Jim & Rannie Brown; 3 children: Brock Brown, Emma Brown & Alex Brown; a sister, Lara T. Harper and many extended family members and friends.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in his name to the Wounded Warriors Project.The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday July 12, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in George H. Hewell & Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday July 13, 2016 in the funeral home chapel.
