A graveside service for Carlton Lee Payne, 86 who passed away on December 10, 2024 will be held by the graveside on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2PM at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road Jacksonville, FL 32218 with military honors and Rev. Scott Crook officiating. He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-three years; Mrs. Patricia S. Payne. He is also survived by his two daughters; LaFawn Leigh Payne Wachs and Chantal Rene Payne Price (Chris). His two sons also survive him; Troy Lynn Payne (Lori) and Bryan Lee Payne (April), seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. A visitation will be held at George H.
