It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Carol J. Verduin who left this world on February 20, 2026, at the age of 72.

Carol was the companion of Peter, mother to Lindsey,  and a cherished stepmother to Elizabeth, Caroline, Brittany, Jessie, and Jamie. She found her greatest joy in relaxing at the beach,  shaping pottery, gardening or hiking the scenic trails of North Florida.  Carol is survived by her loving Aunt, Helen Compton, sister Vickie Moxley, and her cousins, Dennis, Debbie and David. She leaves behind her loving family and most loyal dog, Bella.

Her vibrant spirit and the warmth of her hand-crafted art will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
