Carolyn Pipkin Baldwin, born October 20, 1944 in Bay County, Florida to James Charlie and Vernell "Nell" Pipkin, went to be with the Lord on August 15, 2022, at Parkside Assisted Living Facility in Starke, Florida. Mrs. Baldwin was a 1964 graduate of Holmes County High School and a 1993 graduate of the University of North Florida. She was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church and prior to retirement she was a teacher. Mrs. Baldwin is preceded in death by her parents, James Charlie and Vernell "Nell" Pipkin, her husband, Malcolm A. "Mac" Baldwin, brother, Charles Thomas Pipkin, and sister-in-law, Gloria Treadwell Pipkin. Survivors include brother, James Kenneth Pipkin of Lynn Haven, FL, sisters, Gwen Wells of Marianna, FL, sister Martha Nell "Marti" Mefford and husband Gene Mefford of Colcord, OK, dear friends, Veazie Jones and Marianne ONeill, along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Memorial services are scheduled for Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Marks Episcopal Church, Starke, FL. Arrangements are by JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME OF STARKE 904-964-6200.
