Mrs. Carolyn Sue Bebout 63 of Keystone Heights passed away suddenly at the Shands Hospital in Starke on Sunday, February 26, 2012. Mrs. Bebout was born in Urbana, Illinois on September 19, 1948 to the late Herbert and Irma (Miller) Nelson. Mrs. Bebout had been a resident of Keystone Heights for the past 30 years and had been a Budget Financial Officer for the United States Navy for many years. She enjoyed reading and crafts, but most of all she enjoyed being with her family, especially her beautiful grandchildren. Preceded her in death was her son Eric. Survivors are husband of 48 years, Rick Bebout, one daughter; Michelle Curtis and her husband Bill and one son; David Bebout all of Keystone Heights. She also leaves behind her sisters; Barbara Lane of St. Joseph, IL, Brenda Bohlen of Orange Park, nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter. A Celebration of Sues life will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 from 4-7 at the Lake Newman Building, 13851 Lake Newman Street, Jacksonville, FL 32221.
