Carolyn Sue Ward, 75, was born in Jacksonville, Florida on April 28, 1948, to Homer Sellers and Laura Estes. She faithfully volunteered with the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary for 30 years, 1986-2016. She served as Auxiliary President in 1997. She was devoted to her Lord, Jesus Christ and her family. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her late husband Charles "Chuck" Ward Sr. Carolyn is survived by her son Charles "Chuck" Ward Jr. (Melissa), daughter Amy Beth Ward, her two brothers Mitch Sellers (Nancy), Timothy Sellers (Lisa), her 4 grandchildren Caleb Thomas Ward, Grace Elizabeth Grundy (David), Ethan Charles Ward, and Annalise Olivia Ward, as well as several nephews. Services will be held on Tuesday October 3, 3023 at 11 A.M. in Greenlawn Cemetery located at 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida 32207.
