Conneely, 86, Of Keystone Heights
Jun 7, 1939 — Dec 19, 2025
With healing hearts, we announce Carrol Conneely is now at peace. Carrol was born June 7, 1939, in Great Falls, South Carolina and passed December 19, 2025. She will be remembered as a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt, and dear friend.
She will be remembered as friendly, spirited, and with a beautiful smile. She had a warmth that wrapped around those she held dear. Carrol is survived by her husband, Bob Conneely (February would be 70 years of marriage); her daughter, Tanza Conneely; her grandchildren, Blake Conneely, Zachary Shuy, and Taylor Shuy; and great-grandson, Colton Conneely. Each carrying memories of her warmth, laughter, and unwavering support.
As a Navy wife, Carrol knew quickly how to secure a home of love and support for her husband and three children (Chris, Barry, and Tanza). When Bob retired from the Navy, they moved and raised their children in Satellite Beach, Florida. She worked nearly 20 years in the dental field. For the last 20 years, she and Bob built a life in Keystone Heights, Florida. Living in their dream lake-house, she was active in the Clay County VIPS: Volunteers In Police Service, served at St. William Catholic Church, and assisted at the lake area food pantry. She is known for her strong spirit, compassion, contagious smile, and ability to bring people together. She touched the lives of many, leaving a profound impact on her family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be January 9, 2026 at 11:00am at St. William Catholic Church in Keystone Heights. Friends and family are invited to come together in remembrance of the joy and fun she brought to their lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carrol's honor to St. William Catholic Church or a local Hospice, reflecting her spirit of generosity and love for those in need. Carrol's legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
