Cassie E. Boutilier, 86, of Green Cove Springs, Florida passed to her heavenly home on June 25, 2023, after a lengthy battle with COPD. She and her husband were long-time members of the VFW and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. She loved family gatherings, birthday celebrations and time with her dogs. She was born on January 24, 1937, in Shelby, Alabama to Melvin Bertie & Florence Ruth Wilder. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her siblings, Coley and Jeanette Wilder, her loving husband, Peter "Boots" Boutilier, her daughter Sandy Blackburn and son Jake Miller. Cassie is survived by her son, Gary Miller Sr (Kathy) and her grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family members and many friends that will miss her dearly. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date and place to be determined.
