Cecil Ray Hepler, Jr. Funeral services for Cecil Ray Hepler, Jr.,61, who passed away on September 9, 2013, will be held Monday at 1:00 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, with Pastor Monica Copeland officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.The family will receive friends Sunday (Today) from 2 -4 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Hepler was born in Linwood, North Carolina and was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Shield of Faith Church. He enjoyed bicycling and helping the community anyway he could. Preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Janie Hepler; sister, Mary Hepler, brother, Ricky Hepler, and brother-in-law, Rick Coleman.
