Mrs. Celia Frances Boettcher age 77 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Friday, April 24, 2020. She was born in Camden, New Jersey on May 1, 1942, to the late Samuel and Nettie Silver. Mrs. Boettcher moved to Keystone Heights in 1990 from Pennsylvania and was a homemaker. She was a Christian lady and enjoyed riding her scooter and spending time with her family. Mrs. Boettcher leaves behind her five children Michele Bazile, Donna Nooney, and Bryan Boettcher all of Keystone Heights along with Marion Good and Cheryl Martinelli both of Pennsylvania. Also left behind are several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous extended family members and friends that will miss her dearly. There are no scheduled services at this time.
