Mr. Charles Alton Lynch age 73 of Keystone Heights passed away Monday, September 9, 2019, at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka. He was born April 6, 1946, in Washington, DC to the late Thomas Emery and Blanche (Hamilton) Lynch. Following his retirement ten years ago as a plumber in Maryland he and his wife decided to make Keystone Heights their home. Mr. Lynch enjoyed watching baseball and television shows. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Ruby (McDonald) Lynch; five children Debbie, Toni, Kathey, Ricky and Melissa along with four sisters Laura, Frances, Debbie and Diane. He was also lovingly called "Poppop" by thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Mr. Lynch requested no services. Arrangements are by JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E.
