Mr. Charles Charlie Jasper Moore 84, of Keystone Heights passed away at his home on January 1, 2012. Mr. Moore was born in Jesup, Georgia on December 2, 1927 to the late William M. and Martha (Kight) Moore. He was a retired truck driver and had also served in the National Guard. In 1985, Charlie moved to Keystone Heights from Jacksonville and became a member of the First Baptist Church of Keystone Heights where he was a former Sunday school teacher and a member of the Scripture Sunday School Class. He was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie in January 2011. Survivors are his sons; Richard Moore and his wife (Connie) of Atlanta, GA, Billy Rodgers, and Charles A. Moore and his wife Pamela all of Jacksonville. He also leaves behind his brother; Douglas Moore of Colorado, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services for Mr. Moore will be held on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. in the First Baptist Church of Keystone Heights with Pastor Jim Prose and Reverend Ron Penrod officiating. Burial will follow at the Keystone Heights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that contributions please be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O.
