Mr. Charles Anthony Andy Stephens age 39 of Starke passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 at Windsor Manor Nursing Home following a short illness. Mr. Stephens was born on October 9, 1971 in Burk County, North Carolina to the late Louis Roger and Cheryl Surratt Stephens and moved to Starke two years ago from North Carolina. Andy was a grill cook and member of Victory Chapel Christian Fellowship Ministries. Survivors are: his wife of seven years Yolanda Walker Stephens of Starke; children: Cody Ray Stephens and Drake Wyatt Stephens of North Carolina; sister: Mary Jane Stephens of North Carolina; brother: Shad William Stephens of North Carolina. Memorial services and interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Victory Chapel Christian Fellowship Ministries, 125 S. Church St., Starke, FL 32091.
